Bourbon, Burgers, and Beer are all strong cultural elements of our rich American history and their popularity continues to grow and evolve, even today. Historically, Jacob Spears (hence the name) is accredited with being the first distiller to label his product “Bourbon,” after Bourbon County, Kentucky. This new aged whiskey has been the preferred drink by so many that it has earned the nickname, “America’s own spirit.”                      

Spears Bourbon, Burgers, & Beer is a grass fed grass finished gourmet burger eatery with a sophisticated bourbon and craft beer bar. Featuring almost 400 bourbons & whiskies, 24 rotating beers, this warm, open, inviting atmosphere, surrounds its customers with Chicago reclaimed wood and a fire pit to warm its outdoor patio. Vintage pictures of Bourbon, Burgers, and Beer recreate their journey through time for all to see as they are strategically placed throughout Spears. Sip your way through some of our carefully selected bourbons and our eclectic craft beer collection. Pair your drinks with an all American grass fed grass finished gourmet burger.
